Founded in 2006 by one of the UK’s leading equine sportsmen, Emile Faurie, The Emile Faurie Foundation is a unique collaboration of schools, riding establishments and fundraisers whose aim is to help as many children as possible experience the joys and benefits of horsemanship.
We offer courses of lessons to youngsters for whom riding may not otherwise be within reach – either because of location, resources or family support. These courses teach more than just riding; they develop life skills such as self-confidence, responsibility and discipline – and can have a positive impact on academic performance too.
We are funded entirely by voluntary donations. Please help us continue to brighten children’s lives by making a donation today. By clicking the CAF logo you will be linked directly to the Charities Aid Foundation web site where you can donate by credit card directly to The Emile Faurie Foundation.
"It makes a massive difference to the children – we teach in a really underprivileged area and most of the kids have never seen a horse before, but they love it !"
